Call Type: Beeper Call Response Time: 30 mins Phone Consults: 0-5 Patient Volume: Varies Admissions: 0-1 Rounding Included: Yes; 1-2 hrs Support Staff: Orthopaedic PAs, full surgical staff Required Procedures: - General Ortho, Arthroscopy - Total Joint Replacement (Hip, Knee, Others) - Joint Revision/Repair (Shoulder, Hip, Knee) Case Mix: bread & butter cases - Includes fractures, sports, general, etc - No Spine Trauma Level: III EMR: Meditech (IP), Athena (OP) Other Info: - For a new provider, orientation will occur on the day prior to the assignment. - Efficient & flexible OR with block time assignments. - Gen Surgeons manage the wound care clinic. - Complete digital Radiology Dept. Hospital Privileges required: Yes Temporary Privileges available: Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance coveredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
